for apartments and rooms

Double room without breakfast from € 25.00 per person. Double room with breakfast from € 35.00 per person. Discount for children (in parents' room). Children under 12 pay half price. Starting from 01/01/2018 all prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax amounting to             € 1,35 per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.

If guests leave earlier than the stated day of departure the full         amount will be charged. If the apartment is left tidy there will be no charge for a final clean! Deposits will not be refunded. There is a fee of € 8.00 per day for dogs in the apartment. It is not allowed to leave the dog alone in the apartment. Additional charges may apply. The large communal kitchen and common room downstairs are also         suitable for groups up to 20 persons!
